ABOUT THE ROLE

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to warehouse operations. This role is responsible for assembling products, managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, and communicating with customers to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble products and prepare them for dispatch according to company specifications.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments, including packing, labelling, and tracking.

  • Process customer orders and communicate effectively to confirm shipments and resolve issues.

  • Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.

  • Collaborate with other departments to support production and logistics needs.

  • Identify and resolve operational issues in real time with minimal supervision.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time, on-site position at our Tempe, Arizona facility.

  • Requires physical activity including lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or administrative role.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems.

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to assemble small components.

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping software is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
