Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to warehouse operations. This role is responsible for assembling products, managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, and communicating with customers to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products and prepare them for dispatch according to company specifications.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments, including packing, labelling, and tracking.
Process customer orders and communicate effectively to confirm shipments and resolve issues.
Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
Collaborate with other departments to support production and logistics needs.
Identify and resolve operational issues in real time with minimal supervision.
Work Environment:
Full-time, on-site position at our Tempe, Arizona facility.
Requires physical activity including lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to assemble small components.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping software is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
